• You may create an account using Clerk authentication or place an order as a guest.
• If you sign in with Clerk, we may collect and store your first name, last name, email, phone, address, and profile picture.
• If you checkout as a guest, we may collect your first name, last name, email, phone, and address for order processing and delivery.

Orders and Fulfillment

• Orders may be placed for pickup or delivery.
• Delivery is available only within our designated service area.
• Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but may vary depending on demand, traffic, and other conditions.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., due to unavailability, incorrect information, or suspected fraud).

Prices and Payments

• All prices are listed in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment methods:
  • Cash on Delivery – pay the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
  • Online Payment – securely processed via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• If payment authorization fails, your order will not be processed.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled through the website. Please contact us directly if you need assistance.
• Refunds may be issued in cases such as unavailable items, failed delivery, or incorrect charges.
• Refunds for online payments are processed through Stripe and may take several business days.

Food Allergies and Preferences

• We prepare food in a kitchen that handles common allergens (such as dairy, nuts, wheat, soy, etc.).
• We cannot guarantee cross-contamination will not occur. Please notify us of any allergies when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (text, images, menu items, design, etc.) is owned or licensed by Khaapa Demo.
• You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.
